I love Lash Love! The shop is clean and pretty. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I see Nikki, the owner, for my lashes. At first, I didn't know what type of lash extensions I wanted, but Nikki knew straight off the bat exactly the look I wanted. Since then I knew this was the place and person I needed to stick with. I have always left happy and satisfied. It's been almost 7 years now, and I I still see Nikki at Lash Love. Definitely would recommend this place, plus they do more then just lashes =)

I was in a last minute rut to find someone to do lashes because my regular lash lady was busy. I called Lash Love, and to my advantage, they had availabilities for today. I was so stoked! It was easy to make an appt over the phone. I did have to put down a card though to hold the spot as a first time client. Once I got the appt booked, I got texts right away with location, parking, & health/safety info. It was great info to get & helped me be prepared. Once I arrived, the lady at the front checked me in. The bathroom code was made available also so I could do my business prior to lashing up. My lash lady was Phoebe. Once her prior appt was done, I saw her wipe... read full review

You guys burned & left patches on my eyebrows! Don't do the eye brow lamination! I went to lash love on the first week of 2024 to try eye brow lamination for the first time. And it ended up very bad. The lady that did the brow lamination was nice but the entire final product was a disaster! So they said that brow lamination should last 6-8 weeks. And its only been 5 days after the service and my brows color came off, its dry, patchy because you guys plucked waaay too much off of me, and ive been having itchy red bumps all over my brows. And the hair sticks out in a messy way. You guys ruined my brows!! Now i have to use medicated creams to try to heal my skin... read full review
