Several years ago, my spouse and I realized that our house was “tired” and needed a major renovation to update key features of our home to reflect our life style (including a senior mother who was moving in with us).We started the search for an architect and interviewed a number of them. Each candidate indicated that they would add a second floor to our home to accommodate our needs. Then we interviewed John Black from Lapis Design.
