Home renovations are never easy; even when you think you've prepared for every possibility, there always will be those unforeseen events that manage to arise. Despite the many challenges we faced, Kokua Construction helped us every second of the way and even made the entire ordeal way easier than we had anticipated. This is our second time utilizing their services and once again their amazing team blew our expectations out of the water. Their craftsmanship is a marvel in itself; the amount of detail, precision, and care that they put into their work really speaks volumes. We were at a loss for words each and every time we visited the job site to see their progress. Not only was their work superb, but they were also able to exceed our expectations ahead of schedule. I believe that this is due in part to the wonderful leadership of the company. Danny and Nicky work tirelessly with the team to make sure that the work is stellar and completed as early as they can. They were both very kind and accommodating of our requests, no matter how unreasonable! They truly went above and beyond when it came to our property, even showing up at a moments notice when we had any last minute requests/ would like to hear their input on new ideas. We could not be any happier with our *new* home and we have Danny and his team to thank for that. If you choose Kokua Construction, you will be happy beyond words. Thank you Danny!!

Nicky & Danny at Kokua construction have my highest possible recommendation. We own a 40 year old house in Kapolei needs major improvements and decided to remodel the entire house plus build a second floor. After meeting with them, we felt comfortable putting the job in their hands, and we couldn't have made a better decision. A renovation turned in to many months of work and a major remodel due to keeping adding unforeseen jobs. Since we lived on the job site while renovations were done, it caused a delay for them to do work efficiently but Nicky was so accommodating to work it out for us. We realized that, not only he is a skilled craftsman, but also has a great artistic eye for details that we may have never considered. Our project was very much a collaboration between Nicky and ourselves, and he always had wonderful suggestions and vision. We would trust him completely to take on any project and complete it with professionalism and care. We are so thankful to him for caring for our home like it was his own, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results!

Danny from Kokua Construction evaluated the project I had in mind. He explained that because I live in a condo, it would be very, very complicated and also very, very expensive. Based on his input, I've decided to reevaluate whether I really want to make such a major investment, but if I decide to do it, I will definitely choose Kokua to do the work.
