We met Khai Tran about ten years ago when we were asking questions about real estate. Over the years we kept in touch through Facebook. When it was time for us to buy a home with our son, Khai proved to be just as helpful, knowledgeable and capable as we remembered. Khai was able to coordinate all decisions with us being on the mainland and our son on Oahu. Khai kept the line of communication open through group texts and family group calls.
