Naturopathic medicine is SO scientifically advanced. As I've learned more about it, I've realized that doctors like Dr. Taketa-Wong have a unique understanding of biochemistry. That's why she was able to identify the underlying causes of symptoms like mine. And that's why she continues to prescribe herbs and supplements and certain foods to heal those causes. I've been seeing Dr. Taketa-Wong for several years now. I was initially referred to her by my rheumatologist, who had told me there wasn't much that could be done for my autoimmune disease. The various supplements, single necessary pharmaceutical, and lifestyle changes that Dr. Taketa-Wong immediately discussed with me upon our first visit, have eventually put me in remission. I'm incredibly grateful for her and her care. She's also an amazing diagnostician, and works in conjunction with any specialist doctors you may have. I recommend her to everyone.
