Island Pacific Energy installed our system a couple of years ago and it has been performing very well until the other day when one of my Powerwall Batteries was acting up after we had a power outage. Dan D'Antin (our really great salesman and contact) suggested I call Tesla Support. After a conversation the issue seemed to solve itself. Low and Behold I was shocked when Island Pacific Energy called and said they would replace the Powerwall that was acting up. Thanks to Tesla for making a ticket and getting this done! We are in the process of assessing our solar needs for an upcoming renovation. In addition, our current system, which was installed by another company, has not been working optimally. Dan was incredibly responsive to our initial call for service. He came to the house the very next day, explained and optimized our current system, and assessed our future needs. I very much look forward to working with him and his team with our project next summer.

Dan is the very best customer service professional I've ever met. He goes way above and beyond to meet every expectation you have for solar and even comes out after he is finished with work to assist in fixing things that weren't even his responsibilities. IPE also has very good response times and great customer service. They answered all of my questions and provide the best service for my system.
