“DTC did a complete (to the studs) remodel on my 1100 square foot 1958 condo on the Gold Coast. Greg agreed to take over the project after there were major issues with the original "Contractor" and "Interior Designer". I was so grateful that Greg agreed to come in and take over the job. No small feat to try unravel what was and was not done. The DTC team was excellent and I was extremely lucky to have Jason Schweitzer as my Project Manager. Jason's attention to detail and thorough follow through made me feel like he was treating my project as if it was his own home. Billing was very detailed breakdown of materials and overages (of course i had some...!) They offer access to an online calendar update that allows you to see the time frame and progress of the project. The end result is a jaw dropping, gorgeous custom home. Ive recommended DTC to several people and will continue to do so. Words that i continue to use when describing Greg and DTC: ethical, honest, and beautiful craftsmanship. I highly recommend DTC.”
