I requested a quote via Yelp and Jesse came to take a look at what I wanted done. He was very pleasant and said that he would work on the quote that evening. He even came back inside prior to leaving to take some measurements. Several days went by, so I texted him and he replied that he would check with his office the next morning. More days went by, and nothing. So I emailed the office asking for the quote. No reply. I texted and email again. Again Jesse replied that he would get back to me, but days and weeks went by with no response. So I finally gave up and found someone else to do the job. Chase and his team at Home Maintenance Hawaii have been very easy to work with and their pricing has been fair and competitive. The quality of the work is also good and they do what they promise.
