I've used Andy two times now for home inspections and have been very happy both times. He is detail-oriented and efficient. Everything arrives in a detailed report, and in a timely manner (which is of the essence) The report is easy to understand and follow, and Andy makes himself available for any questions. I have complete trust in what he tells me, and he is knowledgeable in all areas. I will continue to use Andy for any future home purchases in Hawaii and can recommend him to others with no hesitation.

I’m currently in escrow on a new home, and as expected, Andy delivered top-notch service. He was thorough, meticulous, and made sure we were fully informed of every issue with the property. His commitment to ensuring buyers feel confident and well-informed is what sets him apart.
