About Herbal Spa And Salon

Herbal Spa Sauna & Salon is a Korean spa in Honolulu that offers body scrubs, massages, and facial treatments for both men and women. Located near Ala Moana Shopping Center, the spa provides a relaxing escape from the busy city. Customers recommend the body scrub package, which leaves skin feeling soft and refreshed. The scrubbing process can be intense but effective, and the spa also features a salt room, cold plunge, hot tub, steam, and sauna facilities. Many guests appreciate the good value, as for under $200, they receive a thorough scrub, facial, and massage that last longer than expected. The salt room was relaxing, and the cold plunge pool was very cold—perfectly timed for refreshment. The cold cucumber facial was especially revitalizing. Visitors enjoy the clean environment, friendly staff, and the traditional Korean spa experience. While some suggest clearer instructions for the steam and sauna, overall, guests praise the welcoming atmosphere and rejuvenating treatments. The coed facilities and couples scrub packages are often highlighted as a plus.

I found myself with several hours to kill in Honolulu before a delayed flight. A local friend recommended Herbal Spa for an authentic experience. I was delighted by the cozy atmosphere and the kind women who hosted me. The scrub and massage were the best I’ve had at a Korean spa (I’ve been in LA and Seattle several times). I felt nurtured and cared for with skill and care. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit the islands.

Because these establishments are becoming difficult to even find in some states/ cities I am giving a 5 star rating. However I would not recommend you go. It is completely lacking maintenance and very much not a desirable place to relax 😌 in. If by chance you are down bad and this is all that you can afford I recommend you go walk at a clean and safe park. And spend your entry fee money on a cold smoothie and a small bottled water.
