I followed my hairstylist from down the street in Nuuanu Supercuts… to Hawaii Kai Salon & Day Spa, which is quite far away on the east side of the island of Oahu… Unfortunately, it was his last day there… Best colorist seriously!!!!! He also had the best chair next to window Beautiful station he was assigned to! Owner is very nice too!!!!!
Needed haircut,my usual hairdresser was not available. Have been to this salon in the remote past. They took my appointment for next day. Anna was very thorough, listened to what I wanted, gave a great head massage. My cut was exactly what I wanted.
I came here for a last minute color before my trip. Normally I have a person that I go to but they were booked. It's kind of crazy how busy some places get a week or so ahead just for an appointment. Anyways, I looked online and it seemed like Hawaii Kai Salon and Day Spa had some pretty good reviews so I decided to give them a try. Best part is that it was right down the road. My normal salon is in downtown so it's quite a drive. It was nice just to drive the minutes and be there and be back home in no time once I was done.
