The staff @HTK was extremely helpful, in particular Ruston Smith. We are located in The Bahamas miles aways and Rus made it so easy to put together our order and receive our machine. Great customer service on the highest level. we will continue to order from hawaiin snow not only because of the great products but the great service we receive from the staff as well! Thank you!
