We just completed a partial remodel of my home, adding an ADA compliant bathroom, upgrading current bath, and replacing stairs/lanai areas in front and back. After receiving quotes from a few companies, I decided on Fu Long Construction and was able to get everything on my wishlist done within my budget. Contractor Pan stuck to the agreed upon cost and services, with the exception of a fire code required addition of sliding window and moving of an outdoor faucet. Pan is a perfectionist and noticed things that were subpar, ensuring that they were corrected before the final payment. Can't say enough great things about Pan and his crew at Fu Long Construction. Pan and Fu Long are awesome! I've asked Pan for various home repair jobs over the past several years. Everything is always done to our request. Recently they just completed repainting the entire external of our house. (Our home is a multistory building with difficult access/setup issues.) Pan's guys are terrific - great workers, respectful and diligent. Thank you!
Pan, Ting and their team, Fu Long Construction are absolutely incredible! We wholeheartedly recommend them and plan on using them for our kitchen and other bathroom in the upcoming year or two. All elements of the job were top notch and we have worked with a number of contractors from California, Minnesota and Hawaii. PRICING - Excellent, reasonable pricing for the incredible work they do. TIMING - Our bathroom actually finished earlier than expected. COMMUNICATION - Their team communicated with us quickly and effectively.
