She stays focused on you and your hair for the entire time. She will listen to what you envision and then like any good professional will give you her suggestions. Donna is amazing! I have short hair and have asked for a couple different styles since seeing her… started off with a cute spikey faux-hawk and now a sassy pixie cut.
