Came on a walk-in for a gel pedicure while visiting O’ahu from Big Island for a work conference. I was pleasantly greeted by numerous technicians. Ro (Kelly?) gave me an absolutely lovely premium pedicure complete with hot stone massage, and she went above and beyond to fulfill my last-second request for some nail art. If I lived here this would easily be my go-to spot for nails! I’m sure their manicure service is just as wonderful.

Stylist: My stylist Amy was really nice, and I liked her, but my mom's stylist Peter was nice too, but his nail techniques absolutely sucked! My mom requested white french tips, and he did it the best he could, I think, but it was so sloppy, I could even do that. Then, when we were paying, my mom gave him a tip of $20 to split with Amy, but he demanded we go to the ATM for a bigger tip. Like, buddy- overall, it was a relaxing experience, but there are better nail salons out there for sure.
Requested style: Asked for soak because my nails are thin. Didn’t listen. My nails tore as they did it. Asked to not be filed even if it means they don’t last as long because my nails are thin. Didn’t listen Nails are uneven and weak. $50 to be mad and nails again super weak.
