Fernando is a miracle worker! I lucked out when another masseuse and physical therapist buddy went to see Fernando for a treatment. When she can me home, she was singing his praises and told me I should see him for my plantar fasciitis issues. (For the past 6 months, when I get up in the morning- my feet hurt so much that I cannot walk. I have to go down to floor on my hands and knees and stretch for 15-30 minutes just to be able to walk across the room). Anyways, Ive been doing yoga, weekly physical therapy sessions, my daily exercises and stretches, and accupuncture while wearing orthotics and I thought I was going to be kind of crippled the rest of my life.
