I have to share my experiences of having been diagnosed with a “frozen shoulder “ on both side of my shoulder. The first time it happened it was on my left shoulder area. Those that experienced a frozen shoulder know how painful it can be and the limited movement you have. I spent months of physical therapy and couple of cortisone treatment to be able to get it pain free. Unfortunately, I experienced another episode of frozen shoulder on my right shoulder this time. I seek a different venue in treating this pain with a massage therapist specializing in deep tissue massage and after several sessions I received amazing results from this therapy treatment. After 6 months of regular therapy I could finally have free movements of my shoulder with ease thanks to the support of the therapist from Fantastic Spa.
