My bathroom faucet broke, so decided to call Evertrust Plumbing based on their reviews. The plumber came by the same morning to see what the job requirements needed, and had the office email me the estimate. He had to attend to other jobs that were scheduled, but returned the same afternoon with the Delta faucet I requested. He also replaced the supply lines and valves, which made sense, completing the job in less than an hour. He also said they would bill me so I could pay by check, as I wanted. Nate and Dave just finished a job in my bathroom. They snaked a clogged sink and now it's finally draining! I called Waialae plumbing for the same thing months ago and they showed up and snaked ("standard snake fee of $500") only for them to tell me that the pipes are galvanized that's why the snake wasn't working. Sink still clogged and $500 down. EverTrust was in and out in less than 1 hour and did a complete job finding the connecting pipes and fixing the clog. It's hard to get in contact with EverTrust on the phone but it is worth it! A quarter of the price and a complete job based on trust, no schemes or up selling.
I was referred to EverTrust Plumbing by a friend, specifically a Master Plumber by the name of Nate. Nate arrived, we had a talk about my plans in remodeling a bathroom. First thing I noticed is Nate listened to everything I had to say before he said a word. Then he offered suggestions on how to proceed along with recommendations for the best way to get the job done. The best conversation I have had with a tradesman. Nate and EverTrust has become my go to company for plumbing needs.
