Cielo from Easy Music came through for me big time. I was playing my last gig on Oahu before moving to Maui and would be using a borrowed kit sight unseen since my drums were en route to Maui. I picked up a pack of Evans EQ pods as well as a pair of sticks in the afternoon and when I opened the tin of Pods as I was getting ready to leave for the gig… it was empty!!I immediately called Easy Music and they put me in touch with Cielo who was completely understanding of my situation and offered to drive them personally to my gig, which she did, staying in communication the whole time. What an amazing company. At first there seem like an issue after issue. But now I see that this company actually cares they resolve my issues and exceeded my expectations above and beyond. I couldn’t be more happy. Extremely professional, and extremely friendly, they definitely give the Aloha. Thank you Jake along with your staff for the great and amazing customer service and product. I definitely will be purchasing from you guys again without a doubt.

I'm so excited! I purchased my first ukelele today at Easy Music Center and it was a great experience. I was greeted at the door by a friendly young man who directed me to the ukeleles and said to help myself and let him know if I needed help. I gazed at the huge selection of beautiful instruments and tried several before I formulated my questions. Then Anju answered my questions and based on my needs, helped me select the perfect ukelele for me. Anju really knew her stuff and could tell me about the wood, keys etc.. She gave me a short lesson on tuning the ukelele and rang me up. I just love Easy Music Center and highly recommend it.
