Shelby is absolutely wonderful! ? She did a beautiful balayage on my hair and was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. When I arrived, I wasn't sure what I wanted, but she kindly guided me and did an amazing job. She uses high-quality products and even recommended some great ones for future use. Just finished a 90 minute (compared to Chicago price was CHEAP!) with Masami. Excellent training in shiatsu, Swedish and reflexology! I did not let her know about my damaged “regions” but at the end of 90minutes she knew which areas (shoulder and Achilles) I had issues with. She was gentle around these areas but turned on the trigger point healing with every other area.
