Hands down the best place on any island to satisfy your AC needs. Filters, parts, units, they have it all! And at a very competitive price compared to others. Mom & pop feel, family run business, very welcoming & prompt assistance. With locations on Oahu, Maui, Kauai & Big Island it's convenient for everyone. All of the sales reps are knowledgeable & friendly in getting your products in a timely manner. Located in Kalihi next door to Marukai with ample parking. Summer time in Hawaii = HOT! Say the name Cosco and everyone thinks of the big box retailer. Most people have never heard of Cosco Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Family owned and operated since 1961, Cosco has been serving the public for over 60 years. They're a major supplier for Hawaii's AC contractors throughout the islands. If you're in the trade, you'll know that Cosco has a lot of products which are reasonably priced. They have a large showroom and allow their customers to leisurely shop at their own pace. Most contractors know exactly what they want so it's better to set-up an account to get your project completed on schedule. To help drive brand awareness, Cosco is advertising with their funny commercial featuring their #1 Daikin mini split air conditioners from Japan. Like the actor said, Daikin, not the Japanese radish... Lol.

In June of 2020 I purchased two window AC units from Brian at COSCO. Brian was very helpful, informative, friendly, professional and kind. Once installed, one of the units worked perfectly (and still does). However, the other unit malfunctioned almost immediately. I contacted the store and Bryce assisted me. He gave me some ideas for resolution and said that if I completed the manufacture's warranty form he would submit it on my behalf to see that I got refunded. I provided the information requested and Bryce followed up. Once the old unit was returned to COSCO Bryce promptly refunded the amount paid for the unit (over $350). Grateful Bryce helped to make this right. I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated by everyone I have come in contact with at COSCO. Highly recommended.
