Do NOT rent from James Lewis, one of the realtors in this office. After 3 years of renting with not one late payment (even when my husband was out of work for 4 months), he and his wife decided to sell the apartment we had been renting. We were given less than 2 days notice that the apartment was to be listed. Many things were not fixed in a timely fashion during our 3 year stay, some dragging on longer than a year. We could not use a window for over a year, one of the overhead lights and two of the ceiling fans for many months.
