Moved in few weeks ago to a long term rental. So far so good.
Pros:
Well maintained building
Friendly staff
Ample storage lockers to receive delivery packages
5 barbecue grill stations
Cardio room that is open 24/7
Area to wash one's car
Hawaii Telecom's fiber internet is available
Cons:
Pool is small (about a third of the pool is 1ft & 2ft deep).
Weight room is poorly maintained as many machines are very rusted.

I lived here for over 3 years. It’s an incredible place to live with outstanding staff including security, a secure parking garage, pool, fitness center, and outdoor patio space. Outstanding location in the heart of Waikiki near the beach. Highly recommend Chateau Waikiki!
