I've never lived at this residence. However from reading the reviews and the location it shows I believe is truly great. Wife and I are local residents of Oahu and my spouse is local born. I am a 100% disabled Army Veteran and was born in the mainland. Wife and I do timeshares in Waikiki and I really love Waikiki! I am an avid walker as well as a runner with titanium knees. Love Love the pictures of this place!
This place is so sketchy lol and has been an epicenter for sex trafficking and massage parlors. Just google them and things will pop up. There's even a little plaque in the elevator stating not to do any illegal stuff or the HPD (Honolulu Police Department) will be called LOL The front desk folks and parking attendants are alright some are nicer then the others. The units themselves are all unique and interesting. This is a mixed use building filled with residential and business. I've been in a bunch of them from cosmetic tattooing studio, tattoo shop, hair salons, legit massage studio, club, and residences. Parking The parking sucks they have a fifteen grace period but it's like $3 for every half hour and $35 a day I think which is crazy. Even for residents, my friend lives here and since they didn't have a parking space they always had to pay for me to park overnight or from 12am-5am. They don't have a parking attendant during those times so you can leave without paying during those times, but honestly that's so stupid. If purchasing a unit here idk about that, the location is okay right in Honolulu but it's super sketch. I'll pray for you lol
Found this little shop while roaming around downtown! Loved all the option. I chose the traditional Thai milk tea with boba. It’s a drink a get often and this place served it well. I loved it. My husband tried the milk tea with lychee jelly. He really enjoyed it too. The lychee jelly was a nice touch. Not to sweet and a perfect addition to the drink.
