Great at the planning and pre-planning phase of services, quality service there. On funeral day I was disappointed certain decisions were made without my consultation, but this was 7 years ago and hope things have improved. I've used this company given my family's long history with it, and have been overall satisfied

I met Merci @ a job fair and immediately felt at ease. She called me promptly within the next couple of days & scheduled me for an interview (going out of her way) with not only herself but Pat. They both chatted with me, long into the evening, answered my plethora of questions, & explained the day-to-day tasks. They did not sugar coat the mundane or difficult tasks - which I appreciated! They also remained open to my phone calls and emails after the interview! Wow, what 5 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️✨ service!!! As Merci says: "A’ohe Hana Nui Ke Alu Ia."
