Great at the planning and pre-planning phase of services, quality service there. On funeral day I was disappointed certain decisions were made without my consultation, but this was 7 years ago and hope things have improved. I've used this company given my family's long history with it, and have been overall satisfied

I am so grateful to Merci & Pat for treating me with respect, kindness, and like a member of their 'ohana from day 1. I met Merci @ a job fair and immediately felt at ease. She called me promptly within the next couple of days & scheduled me for an interview (going out of her way) with not only herself but Pat. They both chatted with me, long into the evening, answered my plethora of questions, & explained the day-to-day tasks. They did not sugar coat the mundane or difficult tasks - which I appreciated! They also remained open to my phone calls and emails after the interview!

When we went to pick up the ashes of my husband, and transferred the ashes from the temporary Urn to my own Urn.
The gentleman Jeff, took us in the back in a beautiful, peaceful room, with my Urn on the table surrounded by a lei.
It was so beautiful. He talked a little explaining things, and he was so wonderful, so caring, so compassionate so everything. Absolutely he was able to get me in a peaceful state. He was wonderful.
More then we expected.
