    I have been to Between detailing before but this time was a big disappointment and they didn't even work on my car! First, I made an appointment online and paid for the Davies center since I work around there and he called after saying that they are no longer working out of that location. Fine so I just asked if I could pls cancel as I live in waipahu and did not want to go all the way to manoa/waialae. But Shon (the owner?) said that he can't refund me the full amount and that he would upgrade me to the largest package which okay after hesitancy I was fine with and made an appt for today at 9 am on the 15th. I get there about 8:30 a.m. to confirm where they are at manoa....read full review

I get there about 8:30 a.m. to confirm where they are at manoa. At 9:01 am. I have to call again to see where he was as no was was there. He comes and tells me that they can't do my car detailing there due to the winds/weather. And I was confused asking where will my car be going and he said around mccully shopping center. I asked him why he did not call me to tell me that and I could've gone straight there instead as it not as far out. He tells me that he didn't want to call me to "make you more mad since you were upset about the mix up with davies." If that wasn't even a choice, I would never have selected Davies and not book at all. Which I also told him he should obviously remove that choice from his website. We stood outside talking about this of course he is arguing and defending his business, which I get but communication early on would have been better. He even started to throw out names (like it matters) of his long time customers that know him, trust him, he has insurance so if he's driving my car and something happens it is covered but I don't know. Something just felt off. He was nice, yet very demeaning at the same time. And he seemed annoyed yet I should definitely be the only one annoyed but I told him don't worry I won't return for any more stress and was like "that's fine with us". It is great that he has so many long time customers but doesn't mean you have to treat ones that just want to go once in a while bad. He then tells me that he will fully refund me but it will take a few business days but I wanted to get the refund now so I asked about zelle or venmo and he couldn't do that for some reason. So I had to follow him to his credit union so that he can get me cash instead. So truly odd. I don't know if I overreacted to this but it was surely strange for me and I didn't feel comfortable and he did not understand that nor want to. I came in to manoa on a saturday all the way from waipahu, wasted time and gas and took everything out of my car to be detailed and it wasnt. Sad I need to leave this review but just wanted to share my experience for any others that may need to hear this.

    I very rarely leave reviews on places but I was very disappointed with the quality of service. First of all, I want to start by saying that the customer service was great. Staff is very friendly, easy going, helpful and quick to respond. However, I gifted my boyfriend their premium package and upgraded to the highest package when we went to get the car cleaned. I was expecting this car to be spotless when we got it back but that was not the case. When we got the car back there was still sand in the car, the seats didn't seem deep cleaned, there were some crumbs, etc. When we returned home my boyfriend put extra work into cleaning the car, which he should not have to do. Especially for the price I paid. With this being said, quality of clean was not amazing. Staff, however, very friendly.
