I've been using my laptop for work for many years now but was having trouble using my mobile hotspot for internet connection while traveling in Hawaii. I took it to ANS and got taken care of in no time. The engineer technician noticed my laptop was running really slow. I left it with him in the evening and picked up the next morning. I had no idea computers can run so fast! Thanks for the honest and wise suggestion. He's the Best!

Because I needed to work from home on my laptop due to this busy tax season this was the only place available to assist without waiting. If anyone needs help with working remotely or have to access online classes I highly recommend you contact this store. Thanks for getting my WiFi access to work.
