These guys, Dan, Jason, Kevin, they are top notch in providing great service with dry cleaning and wedding gown preservation. In my first experience with them in 2017 preserving my gown, it was timely, efficient with awesome customer service, my box and gown looked beautiful! It’s too bad I had to open it again to retake more pics this past May. I went back to them to preserve again. They are very consistent with awesome customer service, they even put a rush on my service. I took my dress back to Las Vegas and perhaps my dress shifted in the box. I was sad about it and contacted Jason (he does the preservation) and he fully reassured me, offered to ship it back and fix it but I was worried about shipping again through the airline, sometimes they don’t handle goods well. But Jason in his wisdom, he also offered to contact a local dry cleaner near me in Las Vegas and explain to them what I need to remedy the gown situation in the box. I’m telling you, these guys will go out of their way to do an excellent job and ensure that you are happy with your service. They are so full of integrity & wisdom in handling delicate situations such as preserving a wedding keepsake that someone wants to peek at for years in remembrance of their special day. I’m truly grateful we found Aloha Dry Cleaners, so far the best business people we’ve dealt with. It’s always said that good management will always trickle down and the employees tend to be happy and provide great service, which in turn makes customers happy and spread the word. My husband noticed a Christian scripture on a paper we got back from them, aha we knew it, we are the same! We believe this is where their wisdom, integrity, honesty, knowledge, sensitivity, and great customer service comes from. We’ve already recommended them to a number of friends and family, as well as to the Halekulani hotel management team because I raved about the service, so they asked where I got my gown preservation from. I brought a ton of strange garments to the shop including: (2) shark costumes, (1) lipstick-stained Miss Frizzle costume, (1) ripped superwoman cape, a grease-stained R2-D2 Skater dress, and a bunch of “normal” clothes that needed mended. Everything came out fabulous and the prices were very reasonable. Loved the service and I will be back!
