Our patio was leaking so we wanted to just reroof the patio section. Dennis is both the estimator and roofer; after he inspected our roof, he found the exact reason of the leak. The rain was coming from another section and entering into the patio section.He shared pics of our roof and showed us the reason for the leak. Another company also checked the roof but didn't locate the area of the leak and was just going to replace the patio section at a higher price without fixing the actual problem pointed out by Dennis.
