Airpro did a great job with cleaning the trash chute for our condo building. They were very professional and also left the work area clean before leaving.Great communication, showed up on time, and even followed up after to make sure everything was satisfactory. There was an issue when a sprinkler head in the trash chute was accidently broken during the cleaning process, but they immediately shut it off, cleaned up, and replaced the sprinkler head all within the estimated time for the job. Give them credit for not blaming issues on other things or someone else and just took care of the situation. Our unit was flooded from a back-uped pipe. Wayne Smith and Cory Freitas were the technicians. They both were honest and fair. They responded fast and accurately. They explained the procedures and asked for our input on the job and our comfortability with the equipment in our unit. I appreciated the extra effort they took to ensure we understood the procedures and our understanding of the steps needed to solve our issue. I would definitely recommend this company for your indoor air solutions.
