Kevin, Kristi and the entire installation team did exactly what they said they’d do, right on time and at a great price. I had 4 split systems removed and 4 new splits installed with four teams working quickly and without making a huge mess, even moving 3 of the inside units to new locations. Kevin’s professional team that he’s surrounded himself with are smart, courteous and extremely efficient, even moving my shelving and stuff back to the original place after they finished. I had an emergency repair during the recent storms, condo glass shattered, called PCG on Monday, Rep arrived on Tuesday for estimate, glass replaced on Weds, good communication, excellent service. I called 3-4 other glass companies, no one returned my call or they couldn't do the job for 4-5 weeks. It pays to work with locally owned, long-standing businesses like PCG. Highly recommend!
When we decided to put in split system air conditioners, we contacted Air Source back in 2013. They were very helpful in deciding the size and placement of the equipment. They scheduled our installation and were on time and professional. Since then, I've had they come occasionally to clean the system and recently replaced one. They are always accommodating, courteous and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.
