I was trying to find a home to rent and came across an Agency Rental posting. By the time I contacted the agent, Annette, the unit had already been rented. However, Annette actually took the time to ask what I was looking for and discussed options. Fast forward, she contacted me a month later as the unit became available again. I couldn't believe it! She was helpful every step of the way and never hesitated to return my calls. To this day, I refer friends over to her if they're looking for rentals! Great agent, great company!
I can't say enough about our experience with Nico! He communicated with us every step of the way. Answered all our questions in a timely manner. He even responded to questions I had when he was on VACATION!! He made this such a positive and pleasant experience and we couldn't be happier! This company is lucky to have him!!!
HIGHLY recommend Agency Rentals! I am so incredibly happy with my new apartment. First off, it's in a fantastic area and lots of open air, space and sunlight. Nico was so incredibly helpful. I was able to schedule a viewing within 24 hours and he was flexible last minute when my schedule changed as well. He was thorough with the tour and answered all my questions. I was able to sign my new lease within a few days and move in by the weekend. It was a seamless experience and I couldn't recommend more! 10/10
