PenseMetro and Agency Rentals has been awesome to work with. From day one during the viewing process with Woodie, it has been impressive. Layout and design are awesome. Move in process was smooth and easy. The amenities are everything I need in a place and neighbors have been friendly. The AppFolio use is great when paying rent, record keeping and maintenance requests. I had one electrical issue, but Woodie had it taken care of the next day. This is my first apartment life living, and I actually feel at home. Woodie is very responsive and Agency Rental processes my application in a timely manner. I could move into the apartment within 2 weeks. The maintenance team is also very responsive and they fix everything right after I request for things to be fixed. Overall I have a great experience with Agency Rentals.
