Rene is a guy you can trust. Aside from being very professional and detailed with his work, he's honest - tells you what he knows and doesn't, he is kind - tries to go above and beyond when people are in need, and he follows through on what he commits to. He has helped me clean the A/C and did repairs all while I was remote. I still have not met him in person until this day - yet with great communication, pictures & videos etc, I can validate the great work he did. Had Rene come by the shop to clean the mini split a/c. He took apart the unit clean the coils, fan blade, and unit. He manage yo get all the dirt and dust out of the unit. He checks the unit and also make sure it is running properly after the cleaning. We turned on the ac after cleaning, it smells fresh and very cold. Rene did an awesome job in cleaning my ac unit. He is very knowledgeable and professional and explained to me in detail how he cleaned my ac unit.
