He was able to get me the latest progressive transition lenses that suit my needs. We went through the insurance coverages slowly and methodically, so I understood exactly what I was getting and what my copay was.

Such a generous person! My glasses that I purchased from him about 2 years ago had the nose piece break off. I called him and he said, no problem, come anytime and he'll fix it for me. I did and not only did he replace the broken one, he also replaced the other side that was still attached, and he didn't charge me for it! Truly a generous person! Thank you for your great customer service and generosity! I will surely go back when I need new glasses!!
