A One Driving School is a highly recommended driving school. Their instructor, Daniel, is praised for his thorough, patient, and understanding teaching approach. Students appreciate his methodical lessons, which help them recognize and correct their mistakes, leading to successful driving test outcomes. The school provides a great learning experience for both new and experienced drivers, particularly those learning to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
If you want to feel so prepared, it'd be stupid to doubt your ability, A-One Driving School is where you need to go. I worked with Daniel to build my foundation as an absolute beginner. My goals were ambitious:
1- Become a competent, confident driver on Hawai'i's unpredictable roads.
2- Minimize the risk of accidents as close to zero as possible.
3- Beat driving anxiety with so much proof of my ability that doubting myself would feel ridiculous.

Daniel was amazing with my daughter. My daughter passed her driving test the 1st time. He was very thorough and walked her through everything in detail down to locking her door once she entered the car. He is amazing!! Thank you Daniel!
Daniel is very easy to talk to and patient and understanding when driving. Although I stalled and jerked the vehicle a lot, he wasn’t mad and reassured me and told me what I was doing wrong. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend to anyone who’s looking to drive a manual!
