A/C Warehouse has all your air conditioning needs. I found out about this place from my uncle because one of the remotes for the AC units stopped working a few years ago. He recommended that I go and buy a new one from this place in Kakaako. Fast forward to now, well, more like September. A different remote malfunctioned so I came back to get a new one. The entrance is on Coral Street and there is street parking near the warehouse. They are currently not letting anyone inside. When you walk up to the entrance, a staff member will come out to assist you. If you're coming for supplies, make sure you have the AC unit's model number. For my remote, I brought the broken one and that didn't help. It's better to call them first to see if the item(s) you need are in stock before driving over there.

I purchased a large home a/c pursuant to the specs published by the manufacturer for a DIY install. After the hour long prep per mfr. instructions to put it into the prepared opening in a rigid aluminum frame, it was 1/4" wider than my opening, and 1/2" wider than the manufacturer's specs! I'd gone through extensive week-long preparation to be absolutely sure this would fit, because they'd warned me they dealt with contractors who did the installation and were a wholesaler. But after I sent their guy Ryan Suda the mfr's PDF specs, not only told me that I could return it, but that they would come and get it, and I wouldn't have to put it on the roof of my car again. I spent 10 weeks, suffering through heat, trying to get a contractor to modify the opening by 1/2" and went through 18 or 20, and the one whose bid I accepted, reneged after 2 more weeks. Not only did Ryan come and get it, but his partner (who'd told me it was non-returnable) went out of his way and found the unit I had wanted to buy last year but waited too long. They went out and got that unit in Waipahu and transported it back, brought it to my house, and picked up the other one. I felt it was WAY over the top compassionate service with aloha and pono. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. They've really earned my gratitude and trust.

Yes, the other Yelper is correct. This is a "warehouse" and not a showroom. If you don't know what you want, then don't walk in there. Go online, do your research, look at reviews and then when you have a brand and model number, call them to see if they stock it. If they do, you can go in and pick it up. Have your installer lined up or if you are doing it yourself, make sure you have all the parts and know what you are doing. We did just that and purchased a Friedrich Kuhl air conditioner that was 140 pounds. We were aware of that and had help to put it in. Now we it's like Christmas inside the garage!!!
