Absolutely incredible experience! Every bite and sip was a unique, delicious experience. Flavors like I've never had and absolutely gorgeous. It was the most expensive meal I've ever had, but honestly, worth it for a special occasion!

As usual, the Tasting Experience menu option was outstanding! Perfectly paired with uniquely concocted libations of botanicals, fruits, and spirits, each course was a delightful original experience we savored and wished would never end. The impeccable service continues to exemplify the highest standard of how dining out should be — timely, personable, educative and mutually respectful. Hats off again to Head chef Ki Chung and his perfectly choreographed staff, shout out to Jason and Jared!

Wonderful dinner at Maze. We had the full experience menu with non-alcohol pairing. Each dish and each drink were terrific. Highlights included Hokkaido scallops, wagyu steak with banchan, and silly dessert rocks. The space is beautiful and quiet. So nice to go to a restaurant where one can carry on a conversation without shouting! We'll be back.
