    Super tourists friendly. Get the 5 or 10 day passes and experience all levels of classes. Yogis are all normally long-term students, but they are super friendly and welcoming.

    Established OG yoga studio. Innovative. Great instructors who keep you safe and in good form for best results. Comfortable clean environment to practice. Just started the lagree classes offered. 4 classes in. I can really see the benefits. Really glad I tried it!!!! Thanks

    6/15/26 Update: I just tried Lagree for the first time today, after 1 year of folks raving about it to me. I had my excuses: I don’t like machines. I don’t like the gym. I prefer this space as my yoga zen sanctuary, not my fitness club. And today, I am wrong. None of those excuses hold up. Lagree requires my to use my core PLUS other muscles I can’t always access because we’re forced to stay balanced on the machine. I loved that I could modify the resistance and use a bar for support. I can’t believe 30 minutes of that made me feel both worked and energized. The slow movements make me feel like I’m still doing yoga but not. Basically...read full review
