I don't know how long I've been a customer. At least 20 years, maybe 25. As I recall, they used to be located on Lanikaula Street before moving to their location on Kekuanaoa Street. Upon entering their store, I remember being struck by the number of typewriters and PC's in for repair (at a time when there were more typewriters in for repair than PC's). The Computer Store has always been fair and upfront with their estimates. I don't expect miracles. I don't expect something for nothing. Thanks so much for the great job on my husband's pc. You were honest and economical and even calling back later after my husband picked it up.... just is amazing service. We will be using you in the future the next time I can't figure out what's wrong lol.

This place is the best, not my first time coming to them with problems on my computer, they are such honest folks and will give you all possible options on how to fix your computer. It's a very inviting place and you can be comfortable choosing the cheapest option to fix your computer if you think that is best. You can take back your computer at any time if you want too and they won't go ahead with any expensive changes until they hear back from you. They are very consistent and reliable, and give you fast updates on their progress. Excellent communication, great people. Highly recommended.
