Tractor Supply Co. in Hilo offers a range of pet products, with a well-stocked selection and reasonable prices. The cashiers are efficient and kind, and associates are helpful in locating products. However, some customers have experienced issues with out-of-stock items and higher prices. The store has plenty of parking and a busy staff, making for a hit-or-miss experience depending on who is working and what items are available.
I've had great customer service at this store. I bought a gun safe that was on sale that ended the day before I went in to buy. The manager gave me the discounted price anyway and saved me a bunch of money. That kind of service goes a long way and will keep me coming back.
I mean, it’s Tractor Supply. Lol. No one ever answers the phone. But when they do they nice. Waited for 40 mins to get someone to answer a simple question in store about their products and ended up leaving. It’s always busy.
TS Hilo is an amazing supporter of the ag community in East Hawaii. They didn't hesitate to help support our farm during the recovery efforts of a major structure fire! Mahalo TS!
