River is the man! He was so kind to help us out (we drove all the way from Kona and he went above and beyond to help us get our hay). Super kind and helpful, five stars!!!

Just beware, it closes at 7, not 8 like it says here on google!

I knew exactly what I needed. I walked straight up to the cash register told the guy what I needed paid for it and he gave me the receipt. I went through the drive-thru and they loaded it up for me. Couldn't have been easier.

This TS in Hilo is well stocked. We get dog food and supplies from this location. Prices are reasonable and there's a good selection of pet products. There's plenty of parking. Prices are good. Cashiers are efficient and kind. Associates are helpful and know where products are located.
