Kayla is one of the best & most professional lash technicians I have gone to. She's located in a great spot in downtown Hilo and her space is super cute and very welcoming. I loved how thorough she was with her questions and I thought it was so smart for her to have an intake form as well. My lashes have stayed on very well with normal if not less then my normal amount of fall out. She also helped to customize my eyelash's to the shape of my eye, which makes such a big difference in how they look and feel. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family for sure. Heck I'd even shout it from a rooftop
