Jeff from Smart Plumbing Hawaii is a Top 1% Professional! I’ve worked with thousands of people in my military engineer career and 12 years since. I also require hot water for soaking baths for my bad back. When only tepid water came out, I checked my water heater thermostat and it kept dropping hovering below 90 and nothing worked to fix it.
