Sebastian and Jeff helped this old guy out with a hot water heater installation in a very professional manner. Also, their prices are very fair compared to some of the scammers out there.

We had a very uniquely, difficult installation. The top 3 companies according to review sites didn't have the necessary camera equipment to locate a mis installed cesspool and introduced huge wait times to charge us a lot of money for something they pay very little for. One of the companies paid a 3rd party company to use his camera and it took weeks for him to get the footage to us.
Eventually, this business stepped in. They have all of the necessary equipment. They did not waste time to get this job started and complete. The way they installed the new septic saved a lot of previous space on our lot and will make access much easier than other less thought out plans.

Sebastian was wonderful. He asked the right questions, guided me through a few steps, and saved me some money! He also was great about explaining possible causes of the plumbing problem. I will definitely hire Smart Plumbing when I have plumbing issues.
