It is Very frustrating that with our local Macy's right in Hilo, they will not honor the Free Shipping! They also will NOT honor Free pick-up in the store! I would never shop here, except I keep getting Macy's gift cards for Christmas. Now I have to return purchases made on line with $10 shipping and no refund on shipping!!! Yes I order on-line due to my working hours.
