Never heard from them. NEVER got a phone call or email. I would still like them to come our and take a look, but I won't chase after a company that won't call to schedule an appointment to get paid for a job.
Highly Recommended! I called today for the first time concerned that the AC for my business was blowing warm air for the past 2 days. Wendy was able to get a tech to my business with in a couple of hours. Not only was Scott (tech) very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly be he was able to fix my problem within an hour! I now feel silly that I hesitated to call and just dealt with the warm air, or perhaps I was hesitant due to a call to another company earlier in the morning. The company I called prior, (which I wont name) had high ratings however the lady was very rude trying to over talk and inform me on how they operate as a business (thanks for the unwanted lesson btw) rather then listen to my concerns. Again, Big Mahalos Wendy and Scott for taking care of me as well as my business and customers!!
