The place to go in Hilo for pampering and relaxation! Kaylee did a phenomenal job providing my mom and I with an amazing “Goddess” spa treatment - facials and a foot scrub. The facial left my sensitive skin feeling refreshed and hydrated, and not irritated at all. The spa package even includes a skin care product - so worth it! I enjoyed this experience so much and felt confident in Kaylee’s professionalism that I came back for a full legs wax. I was amazed how the wax was nearly painless and again, my sensitive skin was hardly irritated. I just had the best self-care time at Mermade Spa! I absolutely loved my facial with Kaylee and can honestly say it’s one of the best facials i’ve ever had (and I’m a spa junkie). Her skilled touch and explanation of the products made me feel like a total VIP. I’m a big fan of the handcrafted blends from the apothecary. I bought the hydrating mist with sandalwood and blue tansy. What a wonderful high vibe space! Will definitely be back. Thank you Kaylee!!!
