MAHALO to our technicians Tran & Lee today 2/16/24. My bf and I flew to Hilo, HI for our traditional Valentine weekend celebration. We always stop at KTA to purchase groceries, and Maile's Nail Salon is right next to it. Our 1st time walking in and happen to ask if the ladies could take us. They said 'yes', and we were so grateful. They were so nice and accommodating. We had the Delux Pedi, which included a lot of extra time on the lower leg massage, exfoliating scrub, menthol lotion, and following that, the HOT TOWEL.... Sooooo relaxing and invigorating! It is a MUST try. They charged $50 for this service, and it was well worth it!

Please save your money and choose somewhere else. I have never been so disappointed in the nails I've gotten before. I went in to get my acrylics removed and was asked if I wanted to add a manicure and gel, so I thought why not get that done too. Manicure was fine, it was a little painful because she was picking very deep into my skin imo. But the nails look like absolute garbage - like an elementary kid did it. Nails very all shaped uneven, coating of the gel polish is not even and some is even on my finger too. Overall, I do not recommend this place at all. The workers there were nice, but if you're looking for quality, please choose another place.

Save your money and your nails, especially if Lee is doing them. I really wanted to like her work, but the results are sad only after 1 week. Not to mention how my natural nails were damaged by her work, I bled and felt so much heat, she ground them down to nothing. while watching a show on her phone the whole time. DIP usually lasts me a month or more, so much that I have to redo since my nails have grown out. I think the pictures say it all. please go somewhere else for DIP. :(
