While some may have mixed experiences with certain services, the staff is meticulous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
MAHALO to our technicians Tran & Lee today 2/16/24. My bf and I flew to Hilo, HI for our traditional Valentine weekend celebration. We always stop at KTA to purchase groceries, and Maile's Nail Salon is right next to it. Our 1st time walking in and happen to ask if the ladies could take us. They said 'yes', and we were so grateful. They were so nice and accommodating. We had the Delux Pedi, which included a lot of extra time on the lower leg massage, exfoliating scrub, menthol lotion, and following that, the HOT TOWEL.... Sooooo relaxing and invigorating! It is a MUST try. They charged $50 for this service, and it was well worth it!
Well first off I absolutely love Heidi, she does a wonderful job. The owner of the salon seems to have some type of problem with her worker. I called and scheduled an appointment with Heidi, Maile said okay come in. When I arrived she never told Heidi so Heidi was shocked to see me. Then Maile was just pushing out all this negative energy to Heidi. Hey I'm there for a pedicure no other drama please.
Amazing service! They did a great job on my nails exactly what I wanted. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure both technicians who helped me were friendly and the best part the massage was great from both of them. I will definitely go back again.
