I had an appointment today at 1:30, check-in at 1:20 to sign new patient paperwork which was only 3 pages and simple. I was 10 mins late ⏰ because I had a little trouble finding the office, which actually has a whole building to itself with a big sign outside in the front. I called for directions and the girl was really nice and directed me to their office and nobody said anything about my tardiness or tried to rush me, it was actually a really good experience from start to finish and everyone was very kind including the dentist and dentist assistant! 🪥 🦷 Mahalo for a very pleasant first visit! I look forward to my next appointment which was scheduled very promptly for the following week Monday! My visit was on Thursday so that’s only a few days, amazing!
Dr. Jill Uehara at Island Ohana Dental has been my dentist for years and I can't say enough good things about her. She's helped me get through a lot of difficult dental work. When I needed to see a gum specialist, she made sure I understood why and helped me through that whole process. She's also helped me deal with my TMJ. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. I really appreciate her.
My first time here, and I highly recommend this place and all the dentists here. Besides them explaining to a T exactly what is going on with my teeth, but they definitely made me feel seen and didn’t make me feel down as I already was. That im so appreciative off. Recommend them
